The new unique vertical line for powder coating of aluminum profiles (the modern automated complex “Cube”) is more reminiscent of 3D technologies that are now popular: thanks to volume pollination in three directions, the profile comes out painted on all sides. Hence the name of the line - “Cube”. This line refers to automatic devices of the "fifth generation", in total there are no more than five of them in the world.
Production
The profile can be painted in any color according to the RAL scale. A variety of colors in the application of protective and decorative coatings emphasize the individuality of the aluminum profile. Production capacity allows coloring up to 600 tons of profile per month.
