Production

These press lines are characterized by a high degree of automation and productivity and are also able to provide the highest level of geometry quality and surface cleanliness of the extruded aluminum profile. The production line is also fitted with a set of equipment for straightening profiles by stretching and their temperature stabilization.

The composition of technological equipment for the production of extruded aluminum profiles:

• Gas passage furnaces for heating cylindrical ingots (with a diameter of 145 mm and 178 mm);
• Gas passage furnaces for heat treatment of profiles up to 7,000 mm long and up to 10,000 mm long;
• Electric chamber furnaces for heating a pressing tool (technological equipment); air hardening lines for profiles;
• Horizontal hydraulic press with a force of 1,350 UST (6 inches) and 1,800 UST (7 inches);
• Automatic puller systems for drawing profiles;
• Stretchers for straightening profiles;
• Automatic sawing lines for finishing cutting in measured (required) length.

Technical characteristics of the produced profile on the 1,350 UST press (6 inches):

• Maximum length of a measured profile - from 2,000mm to 10,000mm;
• The specific gravity of the profile is from 0.05 kg/linear m to 3.38 kg/linear m;
• The maximum diameter of the described circumference of the cross section of the profile is up to 200 mm.

Technical characteristics of the produced profile on the 1,800 UST press (7 inches):

• Maximum length of a measured profile - from 2,000mm to 10,000mm;
• The specific gravity of the profile is from 0.07 kg/linear m to 12.98 kg/linear m;
• The maximum diameter of the described circumference of the cross section of the profile is up to 215 mm.
