Production
The company has the ability to manufacture European-quality aluminum ingots of cylindrical shape with a diameter of 178 mm and 145 mm. The design of casting tables allows ingots to be produced using the non-contact casting method, which ensures high surface quality of the ingots. The production capacity of the smelting and foundry facility is 1,600 tons per month.
High-tech equipment, the control of competent and experienced specialists gives our production the opportunity to produce products of the highest quality (alloys: AD31, AD1, AD0, 6063, 6060). Subsequently, cylindrical ingots are supplied to the production for the extrusion of profiles for various purposes.
Production features
Foundry production of aluminum includes several stages:
- reception and unloading of raw materials for production;
- melting of raw materials in the furnace with the addition of alloying elements;
- melt casting in direct slip casting mold with a heat nozzle and the addition of a TI5BR1 ligature;
- trimming of cylindrical billets (cutting of heads and butts);
- homogenization of ingots in a special furnace at a temperature of +580 degrees Celsius;
- cooling;
- transfer of ingots to the press workshop (extrusion) .
These aluminum foundry processes can significantly reduce technological waste, increase the degree of metal uniformity and increase its ductility.
All stages of the production cycle are accompanied by careful control of the chemical composition and geometry of the dimensions. The manufacture of aluminum ingots in the foundry meets all the requirements of the relevant standards of both Russian and international levels (GOST, DIN-EN).
